Top Chef

Today was our first day of Top Chef! It was great to have Erica and Matthew start us off. They did an amazing job sharing about themselves. Building a class community through these types of activities is so important to me. I have seen classes grow in leaps and bounds academically when the social emotional side is being developed throughout the year. The rest of the class did a great job listening and asking questions to get to know more about Erica and Matt! Knowing that Erica has been to the Eiffel Tower and up 3 levels and Matt went to see the Statue of Liberty helps connect us. Next weeks Top Chef presenters are: Delainey and CJ. I can't wait to learn more about them throughout the next week as they decorate the Top Chef board!
